Owners
Colter Construction Inc. was founded in 2002 by Jonathan Stamatis. Upon graduation from Northern Arizona University, Jonathan spent over 8 years as a valley painting contractor. Since founding Colter Construction, Jonathan has cultivated excellent relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. He has also contracted and worked in some of the valley’s finest homes. Colter Construction has completed a vast array of projects which include new home construction, residential remodels, municipal contracts and commercial building tenant improvements.
Kris Stamatis joined the firm full-time in 2005, bringing with her more than 12 years of Information Technology experience in the building industry. Prior to joining Colter she was an Oracle software consultant specializing in the construction and homebuilding industry. Her clients included DR Horton, Standard Pacific Homes, Sundt Construction and Granite Construction to name a few. Her career experience enhanced Colter Construction’s operations and provided the tools that were necessary to becoming the streamlined professional organization that it is today.
